I am a 36-year-old mother of 6 and I have been navigating motherhood and being a Military spouse for quite some time and it is not always easy. I have been blessed to have my older sister Sarah Lawrence introduce me to the F.I.X code.

Sarah has helped guide me through it all with patience and grace, always holding space for healing. Although many of our sessions were different, they all allowed me to discover my life‘s purpose. Showing me that the pain I felt inside was not permanent. Some of our sessions touched on some more recent trauma, but many of them went farther back than I could even imagine. Revealing so many codes that bring to light how I respond to my daily life. As a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend I am constantly striving to heal my inner child.
